How to send automatic class reminders
Cut no-shows by having BookClass email your students before each class. Configure it once and forget about it.

Go to settings
In your studio admin, open Settings and find the Reminders area.

Pick when reminders go out
Decide how far in advance students should be notified — for example, 24 hours and again 30 minutes before the class.

Save your preferences
Hit Save. From now on, every class that has bookings will trigger reminder emails automatically.
